Some of the foods that we have mentioned above are especially healthy for dinner, because it encourages sleep, such as Turkey, milk, or peppers and as you can see, almost all the dishes are included in vegetables, fundamental because very few have calories.
You also have to consider things that is ideal dinner grilled or roasted without oils or supplements or sauces that are all adding empty calories to our body, which will make us accumulate fat.
